I have called the Apple support, and they suggested reinstalling the system which I did, first aid in disk management, but this didn't really help. It happens at random times, usually when I have more tasks going on. I have problems with computer asking me for keychain login password, loosing my bluetooth connection to the mouse, loosing dots under open apps (even if the app is running right click will show me option as it was closed), some apps including finder are crashing, sometimes I cannot do the shutdown so I need to do the hard reset (occasionally terminal shutdown works).
